1. About these terms

Welcome to ZubraCore4, a product of ZubraOfficial, operated by BNXN Industries MB (“ZubraCore4”, “we”, “us”). By visiting or buying from zubracore4.com (the “Website”), you agree to these Terms of Service. If you don't agree, please don't use the Website or our products. Questions? Email ask@zubracore4.com.

2. Scope and acceptance

These terms cover your use of our website, products and any related services, tools or features (together, the “Service”), along with the policies they refer to, such as our Privacy Policy and Shipping & Returns Policy. New features or programmes we add are covered too. Continuing to use the Service after an update means you accept the updated terms.

3. Eligibility

You must be at least 21 years old, or the legal age of majority where you live if that's higher, to use or buy from ZubraCore4. By using the Website, you confirm you meet this requirement and can enter into a binding contract.

4. Product information and use

ZubraCore4 is a honey-based food blend created to enhance male stamina, energy and performance. Product descriptions, ingredients and directions are provided for information. Follow the direction-of-use card in every box. Results vary from person to person. Don't combine ZubraCore4 with other stimulants or misuse it. We may update descriptions, images or packaging at any time.

5. Health notes

• ZubraCore4 is a food product, not a medicine. It is not intended to diagnose, treat, cure or prevent any disease.
• Not for anyone under 21.
• Don't use ZubraCore4 if you have high or low blood pressure, a heart condition, cardiovascular disease or a related disorder. Sexual activity raises heart rate and physical exertion.
• Contains honey, bee pollen, royal jelly and hazelnut. Don't use it if you're allergic to bee products or nuts.
• If you have a medical condition or take medication, talk to a licensed healthcare professional before use.
• Stop using it and seek medical advice if you notice any adverse effects.

By buying or using ZubraCore4, you accept these health notes.

6. Orders, payments and pricing

Prices are shown in the currency displayed at checkout and may change at any time. We may correct typing errors, change prices or discontinue products without liability. Payment is completed at checkout using the methods shown. We may cancel or refuse any order, including for suspected fraud, regulatory restrictions or breaches of these terms. If we cancel a paid order, we'll refund you.

7. Shipping and delivery

We process and ship orders as quickly as possible. Delivery times depend on the destination, customs and the courier. Risk of loss passes to you once the parcel is handed to the carrier. We aren't responsible for delays outside our control. Full details are in our Shipping & Returns Policy.

8. Refunds and returns

Unopened, sealed bottles can be returned within 21 days of delivery for a full refund of the price paid for those bottles, as set out in our Shipping & Returns Policy. Because ZubraCore4 is a consumable food product, opened bottles can't be returned for hygiene and food-safety reasons, unless the item arrived damaged, defective or incorrect. If that happens, contact ask@zubracore4.com within 48 hours of delivery. We may decline refund or replacement requests that are fraudulent, abusive or outside this policy.

9. Accuracy and updates

We work hard to keep the Website accurate, but it may occasionally contain typos, errors or omissions. We may correct or update content at any time without notice, and we aren't obliged to update any information.

10. Refusing or limiting service

We reserve the right to:

• refuse, suspend or cancel orders or accounts;
• limit product quantities;
• restrict sales by region or jurisdiction;
• refuse participation in affiliate or rewards programmes.

We may do this at any time, without prior notice.

11. Third-party tools and links

The Service may link to or integrate with third-party websites, tools or apps, such as payment processors and affiliate platforms. We don't control them and aren't responsible for their content, accuracy, privacy practices or security. Please read their terms before using them.

12. Your submissions

If you send us reviews, testimonials, feedback, ideas or suggestions (“Submissions”), you give ZubraCore4 a perpetual, worldwide, royalty-free, transferable licence to use, edit, reproduce and share them in any medium. You confirm your Submissions don't break anyone else's rights, including copyright, privacy or publicity rights. We may decline to publish or remove any Submission.

13. Affiliate programme

• Affiliates must apply and be approved before taking part.
• Affiliates must market honestly and follow advertising and consumer-protection laws.
• Sales are tracked through unique links or codes. We aren't responsible for sales missed because of technical problems.
• Commissions and payout schedules are agreed individually. Fraudulent or cancelled orders don't earn commission.
• Only approved materials may be used. Changing or misusing our branding isn't allowed.
• Either side can end participation at any time.

14. Intellectual property

All trademarks, logos, graphics, packaging and written materials belong to BNXN Industries MB and its affiliates. You may not copy, change or use any part of the Website or product materials without our written permission.

15. Limitation of liability

To the extent the law allows, ZubraCore4, BNXN Industries MB and their affiliates aren't liable for indirect, incidental or consequential damages, including lost profits or data, arising from the use of our products or Website. Our total liability is limited to the amount you paid for the product concerned. Nothing in these terms limits rights you have under mandatory consumer law.

16. Indemnification

You agree to protect BNXN Industries MB, ZubraOfficial and their employees, agents and affiliates from claims, damages or costs caused by your breach of these terms, your misuse of our products or Website, or your violation of any law or third-party rights.

17. Termination

These terms apply until ended. We may suspend or end your access immediately for breach, misuse or illegal conduct. Sections on refunds, intellectual property, liability, indemnification and governing law continue to apply afterwards.

18. Severability and entire agreement

If any part of these terms is found invalid, the rest stays in force. These terms, with the policies they refer to, are the entire agreement between you and ZubraCore4.

19. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Lithuania and the European Union. Disputes fall under the jurisdiction of the courts of Lithuania, without affecting any mandatory consumer rights you have in your country of residence.

20. Changes to these terms

We may update these terms at any time. The date at the top shows the latest version. Continuing to use the Website or our products after an update means you accept the new terms.
