SHIPPING & RETURNS POLICY

This Shipping & Returns Policy outlines how ZubraCORE4, operated by BNXN Industries MB, handles order processing, delivery, and return eligibility for products purchased from zubraco­re4.com (the “Website”).

By placing an order, you agree to the terms described below.

1. ORDER PROCESSING

Orders are typically processed within 1–3 business days after payment confirmation.

  • You’ll receive an order confirmation email immediately after purchase, and a shipping confirmation with tracking details once your order dispatches.
  • Orders placed on weekends or public holidays will be processed the next business day.
  • ZubraCore4 reserves the right to cancel or delay any order for reasons including limited stock, suspected fraud, or non-compliance with our Terms of Service.

2. SHIPPING METHODS & DELIVERY TIMES

We currently ship to most destinations within the European Union and selected international locations.

Estimated delivery times:

  • Lithuania / Baltics: 2–4 business days
  • EU Countries: 3–7 business days
  • UK & EEA (Non-EU): 5–10 business days
  • International (Outside EU): 7–14 business days

Delivery times are estimates and may vary due to courier delays, customs processing, or unforeseen events.

We partner with reputable carriers such as DHL, DPD, FedEx, and local postal services depending on your destination.

3. SHIPPING COSTS

Shipping fees are automatically calculated at checkout based on your destination, weight, and chosen delivery method.

Occasionally, promotional free-shipping offers may apply — these will be clearly displayed on our Website or marketing communications.

4. TRACKING YOUR ORDER

Once your order has shipped, you will receive:

  • A tracking number,
  • The courier name or tracking link, and
  • An estimated delivery window.

If you haven’t received tracking details after five (5) business days, please contact ask@zubracore4.com with your order number for assistance.

5. CUSTOMS, DUTIES & TAXES

International orders may be subject to import duties, customs fees, or local taxes imposed by your destination country.

These charges are not included in the product price or shipping fees and are the sole responsibility of the customer.

ZubraCore4 is not responsible for any delays, charges, or actions resulting from customs clearance procedures.

Please contact your local customs office for more information before placing an international order.

6. LOST OR DELAYED SHIPMENTS

If your shipment is delayed or appears lost:

  • Check your tracking number and contact the courier directly for the latest status.
  • If the courier confirms non-delivery or loss, email ask@zubracore4.com with your order number and case reference. We’ll coordinate with the courier to investigate.

Please note: ZubraCore4 is not responsible for packages marked “Delivered” by the courier or for incorrect delivery details provided at checkout.

7. DAMAGED OR INCORRECT ORDERS

If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect item:

  • Notify us within 48 hours of receiving your order.
  • Include your order number, photos of the product and packaging, and a short description of the issue.

Once verified, we’ll arrange a replacement or partial credit at our discretion.

Claims submitted after 48 hours of delivery may not be eligible for replacement.

8. RETURNS POLICY

Due to the consumable nature of our product, ZubraCore4 does not accept returns or issue refunds once an order has been shipped. This policy ensures product quality, hygiene, and safety for all customers.

Exceptions may be made in the following cases:

  • You received the wrong item.
  • The item was damaged during shipment and reported within the specified timeframe.

All returns must be pre-approved by our support team. Unauthorized returns will not be accepted or refunded.

9. REFUND POLICY

Refund requests are reviewed on a case-by-case basis and may be denied if deemed fraudulent, abusive, or inconsistent with this policy.

Approved refunds will be processed to your original payment method within 5–10 business days, depending on your payment provider.

Shipping charges, customs duties, and import taxes are non-refundable.

10. ADDRESS ACCURACY

Please ensure all shipping and contact details are correct before checkout.

ZubraCore4 is not liable for failed deliveries, lost shipments, or returned packages resulting from incomplete or incorrect addresses provided by the customer.

11. INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING RESTRICTIONS

Certain countries restrict the import of dietary supplements or honey-based products.

It is your responsibility to verify your local regulations before purchasing. ZubraCore4 will not be held liable for orders seized, delayed, or destroyed by customs authorities due to import restrictions.
