1. Who we are

This policy explains how ZubraOfficial, operated by BNXN Industries MB (“ZubraCore4”, “we”, “us”), collects, uses and protects your personal information when you visit zubracore4.com, buy our products or take part in our affiliate or marketing programmes.

Information you give us

• Contact details: name, email address, phone number, billing and shipping addresses.
• Account data: username and password, if you create an account.
• Order details: order history, payment confirmation, delivery address and communication preferences.
• Affiliate data: profile information, social media links, payout details (for example PayPal, bank account or crypto wallet) and tax information where relevant.
• Messages: anything you send us by email, chat or contact form.
• Feedback: reviews, testimonials, survey answers and preferences you share with us.

We don't store or have access to your full payment card number. Payments are processed securely by our payment providers.

Information from others

• Affiliates and marketing partners who refer you to our website.
• Social media platforms, if you interact with our content.
• Fraud-prevention and compliance checks.
• Analytics providers that help us understand how the site is used.

Information collected automatically

• Device data: IP address, device and browser type, operating system and approximate location (city or country).
• Usage data: pages visited, time on site, referring links, clicks and purchases.
• Cookies and similar tools: cookies, pixels and local storage that remember your preferences, keep your cart working and measure our emails and ads.

You can control cookies in your browser settings and through our cookie banner. Some parts of the site may not work properly if cookies are switched off.

3. How we use it

• To run your order: take payment, ship your parcel, send order updates and handle returns.
• To support you: answer your messages and help with any problem.
• To improve the shop: analytics, testing and fixing problems. Where possible we use aggregated or anonymised data that can't identify you.
• To keep things safe: detect and prevent fraud, unauthorised transactions and misuse.
• Marketing, with your permission: newsletters, offers and product news if you've opted in, and measuring how our campaigns perform. Every email has an unsubscribe link.
• To meet legal duties: EU tax and accounting rules, lawful requests from authorities, and enforcing our Terms of Service.

We process your data because it's needed to fulfil your order (contract), because the law requires it, because you've given consent (for example to marketing emails), or because we have a legitimate interest in running and protecting our business.

4. Who we share it with

We never sell your personal data. We share it only where needed:

• Service providers: our store platform (Shopify), payment providers (such as Shopify Payments and PayPal), delivery partners, email and marketing tools (such as Klaviyo), customer chat and analytics tools (such as Google Analytics).
• Affiliates and partners: limited data needed for campaign management and commission tracking.
• Legal reasons: where required by law, court order or a public authority, or to defend our legal rights.
• Business transfers: if BNXN Industries MB is involved in a merger, acquisition or asset sale, your data may move with the business, still protected by data protection law.

5. How long we keep it

We keep personal data only as long as we need it for the purposes above. Order and invoice records are kept for as long as EU tax and accounting rules require. Marketing data is kept until you unsubscribe or ask us to delete it.

6. Your rights

Under the GDPR you can:

• Access the data we hold about you.
• Correct data that's wrong.
• Delete your data, where the law allows.
• Restrict how we use it in certain cases.
• Move it: get a copy in a structured, machine-readable format.
• Object to marketing or to use based on our legitimate interests.
• Withdraw consent at any time, for example by unsubscribing.

7. Security

We use encryption, access controls and secure hosting to protect your data. No system is completely immune to breaches, but we work hard to keep your information safe and will act quickly if something goes wrong.

Some of our service providers process data outside the EU. When that happens, we make sure appropriate GDPR safeguards are in place, such as the European Commission's standard contractual clauses.

We may update this policy from time to time. The date at the top always shows the latest version, so please check back occasionally.
